Custom Solutions

The payment method for custom solutions is upfront payment.

During the adjustment phase, only adjustments corresponding to the structure of the dashboards or panels built into the solution, as well as adjustments to native automations, integrations, or created views, will be considered. If the adjustments involve expanding the number of dashboards or panels or including non-native integrations, a new offer will be required, taking into account the additional effort.

The team formation phase is solely for socializing the operation of the built flows: Dashboard structure, automation and integration functionality, and data visualization on the dashboard. The start of this stage is subject to receiving all satisfaction surveys about the implementation fully filled out.

To implement the solution, it is necessary to enable a Workspace and CONSULTANT ACCESS PERMISSIONS in the client’s account.

If, after completing the solution delivery process, you require additional hours for implementing new workflows, creating dashboards/panels, or expanding the scope of what has already been implemented, you can purchase a package of hours that best suits your needs.

Custom solutions are valid for use for 3 months from the date of purchase acceptance, after which any unused hours will be lost, regardless of the project phase.

NOTE: The phases that are included in the 3 months range from KickOff to Team Formation. The support phase is excluded and only activated when the final project delivery is made.

All scheduled sessions between Takúm and the client will be conducted on the Zoom platform. It is not allowed to record these sessions by our clients. Takúm Soluciones will facilitate these sessions for viewing and consultation purposes only, for 15 days after the session takes place. Afterward, they will be erased from our storage system.

Remember: A WORKFLOW or process may involve several dashboards and/or panels.

Hours are deducted per hour and not per fraction. Takúm’s design hours subtract from the available hours.

Building a dashboard or panel with up to 25 columns and 15 automations and/or up to 10 widgets per panel requires approximately 3 hours.

Values do not include taxes.

Hourly Bags

Every implementation process involves prior consulting.

Implementation hours do NOT include integrations with apps outside the marketplace or custom developments.

After the purchase order is accepted, the execution of the consulting and implementation hours will be valid for 3 months for the 5, 25, and 50 hour banks; after that time, any unused hours will be lost.

After the purchase order is accepted, the execution of the consulting and implementation hours will be valid for 6 months for the 75 and 100 hour bags; after that time, any unused hours will be lost.

All scheduled sessions between Takúm and the client will be programmed on the Zoom platform. It is not allowed to record these sessions by our clients. Takúm Solutions will facilitate them for visualization and consultation only; during the 15 days following their realization, after which they will be deleted from our storage system.

The construction of a board or panel with up to 25 columns and 15 automations and/or up to 10 widgets per panel, requires an approximate time of 3 hours.

If it is necessary to design and implement a flow from scratch, the client should keep in mind that the development of the 5 phases that go from Consulting to Team Training must be included in the execution time.

Data Migration

The source information will be received by Takúm in Excel or Sheets files.

In addition, data that resides in the following apps can be migrated: Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Facebook ads, Zendesk, or Jira.

Raw data will be migrated as it appears in the sources. In case of duplicate, poorly filled out, or incorrect information, Takúm does not include in the scope of the service the reorganization or correction of data, and is also exempt from the results that such data may cause in the flows.

Custom Integrations

All estimated hours for an integration project will be tentative and subject to change once a detailed requirement is obtained. Obtaining a detailed requirement is necessary to establish the required scope and components. The client must provide web services to consume.

It may be necessary to hire middleware services to maintain the integration, which will be priced and added as an additional cost to the initial document. These charges may be fixed, variable based on usage, or by ranges.

A technical lead is necessary when the integration requires the consumption of services.

The limitations set by Monday’s API should be taken into consideration. They can be consulted here.

Training 

Training sessions in Work OS can be purchased in discounted packages or individually at full price.

Project management and agile project management training are only available in Basic, Basic+Intermediate, or Basic+Intermediate+Advanced packages. The trainings are taught according to the pre-constructed syllabus.

The maximum number of attendees is 25. If additional users need to be included, the individual cost is $35 USD. Training sessions generate a certificate of attendance per participant, which is subject to the completion of a satisfaction survey.

All scheduled sessions between Takúm and the client will be conducted on the Zoom platform. It is not permitted for clients to record these sessions. Takúm Soluciones will provide access to the sessions for viewing and reference purposes only. The sessions will be deleted from our storage system 15 days after they are conducted.

If you require a link to download the training, you must first pay an additional 20% on top of the initial purchase price.

To issue the certificate of attendance, the company must provide the participants’ full names and email addresses in advance.

The certificate will be issued for attending all sessions.

Training and education levels are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase acceptance. Any unused hours will be forfeited after this time.

Prices do not include taxes.

Memberships

Services are NOT accumulative month to month.

The total services of each membership are subject to the specific conditions of the service, which are described in the corresponding document.

Payment for services is made through credit card.

Services are billed by TAKUM LLC in US dollars and provided by Takúm Soluciones.

Annual contract with monthly payment.

The annual contract implies a commitment to pay for one year on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel the service in advance, the outstanding balance will be charged to fulfill the annual commitment.

There will be no refunds or prorated charges except for full periods.

Regarding additional users for Work OS training for clients with an active and valid membership, a 30% discount applies.

Discounts are valid during the 12 months of the subscription and cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promotions.

In case of scheduling an Open Session and no participants attend, it will count as completed and will be deducted from the available sessions. Remember: Open Sessions are NOT sessions for building boards, panels, automations or integrations by Takúm, but to quickly resolve doubts for platform users.

Support (1st level) by Takúm

For hiring, an annual commitment with monthly payments is required. The annual contract involves a payment commitment for a year, on a monthly basis. If you wish to cancel the service in advance, the pending balance will be charged to fulfill the annual commitment.

Support is offered through Takúm email, according to the scope defined in this document. Support for Monday infrastructure is according to Monday’s SLA and is not part of the service’s scope.

The SLA for all support plans will be 4 to 6 hours to respond to tickets via email or Zoom link.

For tickets that involve virtual sessions via Zoom, Takúm will send a consultant’s calendar link for the client to identify the day and time of the session.

The only authorized channel for ticket reception is through the Monday form link: https://wkf.ms/3UtvRZV.

Support plans involve a minimum contract of 12 months with monthly advance payment.

The support is available from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays in Colombia.

Tickets are not cumulative from month to month.

All licensed account users can participate in Open Sessions.

If an Open Session is scheduled, and participants do not attend, it will count as completed and will be deducted from available sessions.

Open Sessions are NOT sessions for building boards, panels, automations, or integrations by Takúm, but to quickly resolve platform user questions.

All sessions scheduled between Takúm and the client will be scheduled on the Zoom platform. It is not allowed to record these sessions for our clients. Takúm Solutions will facilitate them for viewing and consultation only; for 15 days following the session. After that, they will be deleted from our storage system.

To access support, you must be up-to-date with the service payment.

Takúm Solutions Zoom support platform

As long as you have purchased a support subscription and are up-to-date with your payment obligations, you will be entitled to receive first-level support and uptime commitment from Takúm Solutions, according to our Service Level Agreement or SLA.

Support channels – The only authorized channel for ticket registration is our form link, which is available for reception and response 5×8 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays in Colombia) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The use of the ticket registration form link is the customer’s responsibility. Thus, they will define internal ticket use policies according to the contracted plan. Each ticket received from the client will be processed and deducted from the total available for the month.

Ticket management – Once the ticket is entered into our system, you will receive an email response confirming the receipt. Later, according to the SLA, one of our service consultants will send an email with a response or a Zoom link for the corresponding session, depending on the type of need presented. (Check the 4 service support scopes)

When it is necessary to manage the ticket through a video call, three dates and times will be proposed for the session in the email sent.

Response time – A unique SLA is established for all support plans of 4 to 6 hours. This SLA is understood as the maximum time Takum Solutions has to answer questions or generate the Zoom video conferencing link.

The Service offered by Takúm Soluciones is located in the United States of America and is provided by TAKUM, LLC.

The Companies own and operate the website takum.co. Users will have the ability to learn various training topics on monday.com through our online services (educational platform, chat, streaming, etc.) and the functionality of the site, as well as offline through in-person courses and conferences.

The following is a brief summary of certain terms and conditions included in these Terms of Service. «The Service» shall mean any use, free or paid, of the website takum.co.

However, this summary is provided for your convenience only; therefore, you should read all the Terms of Service to use this website.

The Service only works with your personal computer and compatible devices.

To use the Service, you must register and open an account on takum.co.

We reserve the right to periodically update, modify, and delete the Service, with or without prior notice.

The Service includes functions related to security and misuse that, if activated, could cause previously available content to no longer be available for use.

The user must be at least 18 years old to accept these Terms of Service, and it is understood that if the user is under 18 years old, their legal parent or guardian can accept them on their behalf.

By using the Service, you authorize the collection, processing, and use of all information related to your use of the Service, which is collected and managed in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. You understand that you have the right to request the deletion of your data.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. In the event of any material changes, we will make all commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and obtain your consent before implementing such changes.

Information related to offer validity periods, product and/or service availability, delivery times, and total price is available on Platzi.com.

Takúm SAS and Takúm LLC waive, to the maximum extent permitted by law, certain representations and warranties related to the Service and limit their liability in respect thereof.

Permission to use the Service; reservation of rights

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms of Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You acknowledge and agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without our express written consent.

Apart from the limited license granted in Section 2, you have no other rights, title or interest in the Service. You understand and acknowledge that in all circumstances, your rights with respect to the Service will be limited by relevant copyright or intellectual property laws and these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Your Account and Registration Information. You may browse, preview, and search within the Service without opening a Platzi.com account or providing registration information. However, for any other use of the Service and access to the content of Platzi.com, you must open an account and provide registration information to the Company.

Access to takum.co Content. Ownership of the content on takum.co is defined further in Section 8 (Intellectual Property) of these Terms of Service. You may access takum.co content as many times as you wish as long as you have subscribed to the Service. It is not allowed to record takum.co content on CD or DVD for personal and/or commercial use.

Additional Terms for Software and Hardware. Please note that there may be separate end-user license agreements and terms of service that you must accept for the hardware and software you use in connection with the Service, or that may interact with the Service. Your refusal to accept the terms of such agreements would limit your ability to fully use the Service. Additionally, the Service only works with compatible devices

Onboarding Packages and Gifts PRO

  • Onboarding Package and Gifts Pro apply to the following cases: New accounts Upgrading from Standard to Pro or Pro to Enterprise plan Switching from monthly to yearly plan Switching from Orange Bucket to Green Bucket The services are valid for 3 months from the purchase acceptance, after which any unused hours will be forfeited. For GP Silver and OP Diamond cases, the semi-annual webinars and open sessions have the same 3-month validity for the first use. Discounts are valid for the first 3 months from the purchase acceptance and cannot be combined with other discounts and/or promotions. The Webinar lasts for 2 hours and is aimed at all client employees. The Business Review session will be scheduled for execution in month 12. Other free services according to the level: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond are subject to their own service conditions, which are described in the corresponding document. Remember: A WORKFLOW or process can involve several boards and/or panels. Building a board or panel with up to 25 columns and 15 automations and/or up to 10 widgets per panel requires approximately 3 hours. A customer who starts at the GP BRONZE level can upgrade to the GP SILVER level with their user growth, giving them access to the services of the new level. A customer who starts at the OP GOLD level can upgrade to the OP PLATINUM or DIAMOND level with their user growth, giving them access to the services of the new level. Services that renew year over year as long as the minimum number of users initially contracted is maintained are: The «Getting Started with monday» webinar (Clients  on Enterprise plans) Hour bundles (Clients on Enterprise plans) The CSM (Clients on Enterprise plans with over 100 users) The Business Review session (Enterprise clients with over 100 users) Champion Support (Clients on Enterprise plans) Champion Support is a service for customers at the BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, and DIAMOND levels. To receive this service, the customer must appoint a Champion for each area of the company where monday is implemented. 2 Onboarding sessions

    The service includes:

    • Monthly email updates on all platform news for 2 months
    • 1 45-minute Open Session every 3 months
    • 1 session per month to present demonstrations of new use cases applicable to your organization.

Basic Configuration of Google Workspace

The basic setup of a Google Workspace Starter account would include the following steps by Takum Soluciones:

To perform this configuration, the following is required:
